Unconventional

A pair of bag snatchers chose the wrong target for their latest job. An international convention was being held in their town, and, thinking that this would provide them with rich pickings, the pair grabbed a bag of jewellery from a street vendor. What they hadn't realized, however, was that the convention was being held for motorcycle policemen. The two criminals had got barely half a mile away before being caught by nearly twenty policemen on motorbikes.
