Chill!
An elderly man attempting to steal a frozen turkey from a supermarket for
his Christmas lunch chose an unusual place to hide it — he tucked under his
hat. His theft went undetected but the effect of the frozen bird, combined with
the cold winter weather, caused him to develop a mild case of hypothermia. He
had managed to stagger barely a few yards from the store before collapsing. A
nearby policeman came to his assistance, and soon discovered the man's ailment
- and crime - when he removed his hat.
