A man accosted a policeman on the street and showed him a bag of speed. He
told him that it had been cut with other substances and demanded that the dealer
he had purchased it from be arrested and forced to refund his money. Appearing
to agree, the policeman allowed the man to take him back to the dealer, whereupon
he immediately arrested the pair of them.
