Gassed

The police were called to the assistance of an armoured lorry which seemed to be in some difficulties. The driver seemed to be signalling for help as he drove down the road, swinging his door open and shut and lurching erratically from left to right. Believing that the truck had perhaps been hijacked, the police gave chase for several miles. When the truck was eventually pulled over, however, the driver explained that he had merely been trying to get some fresh air in after the passenger guard had farted!
